Role OverviewAs a Package Project Lead, your area of responsibility includes developing project timelines, coordinating between technical teams and client stakeholders, supporting technical teams during development, integration and customization stages, and monitoring project deliverables across all phases to meet quality benchmarks.
Key Contributions- Proactive risk management to ensure project delivery.
- Build collaborative relationships with stakeholders through effective communication.
- Anticipate challenges and deliver innovative solutions.
- Balance project economics with adherence to strategic priorities.
- Experience in HCM payroll cloud – payroll processing and troubleshooting payroll issues.
- Experience loading external deductions and payroll data conversions in HCM payroll cloud.
- Work experience implementing and configuring Oracle Global Human Resources Cloud (Core HR).
- Expertise in payroll cloud tax updates and payroll testing after each upgrade.
- Experience in multiple projects implementation with Oracle HCM cloud.
- Knowledge of North American payroll functional business processes and regulatory requirements in the US.
- Experience in HCM Cloud Technical.
- Experience executing all post‑payroll processes and ensuring the accuracy of files transmitted post‑payroll to vendors.
- Ability to suggest alternatives when functional design issues arise, support existing functionality and integrations, and communicate status to management.
- Adherence to confidentiality requirements as outlined in operating policies and problem‑solving skills for daily Oracle HCM cloud issues.
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- Position may require relocation and/or travel.
