Responsibilities- Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies to ensure timely project completion.
- Facilitate effective coordination between technical teams and client stakeholders by organizing regular meetings, sprints, and project phases to align expectations and objectives.
- Support technical teams in executing development, integration, and customization stages of enterprise application packages, ensuring adherence to project requirements.
- Monitor project deliverables across all phases to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations.
- Proactive risk management to ensure project delivery.
- Building collaborative relationships with stakeholders through effective communication.
- Anticipating challenges and delivering innovative solutions.
- Balancing project economics with adherence to strategic priorities.
- Experience in multiple project implementations with Oracle Cloud Payroll.
- Experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Technical.
- Working knowledge of fast formulas, visual builder studio, HCM data loader, OTBI.
- Experience implementing and configuring Oracle Global Human Resources Cloud components, including Core HR, Payroll, Security, Compensation, Recruiting, and Talent Management, involving discovery, business process re‑engineering, requirements elicitation, application configuration, and production deployments.
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of each year of education.
- Position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
