Responsibilities
  • Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration and data‑driven decision‑making to ensure cohesive project execution and alignment with objectives
  • Engage with senior stakeholders and executive leadership to define project scope and foster consensus for successful outcomes
  • Evaluate and refine project management processes by incorporating best practices for improved efficiency and effectiveness
  • Establish quality benchmarks and implement risk management strategies to enhance project outcomes and mitigate organizational risks
  • Monitor project margins and ensure alignment between actual performance and financial targets
  • Develop RFP responses and participate in client discussions to finalize commercial estimates and drive go‑to‑market strategies
  • Engage in resource allocation and set performance objectives to align team efforts with project goals
  • Lead organizational change initiatives and design training roadmaps to ensure smooth adoption of project‑driven transformations

Key Skills
  • Hands‑on experience in Oracle Subscription Management Cloud, Oracle Field Service Cloud, Fusion Sales Cloud, CPQ Cloud
  • Implementation experience in Oracle EBS and Oracle cloud
  • Experience with at least 2 or 3 full life‑cycle implementations in Oracle CX modules (Subscription Management Cloud, Field Service Cloud, Fusion Sales Cloud, CPQ Cloud)
  • Led at least two full‑cycle Oracle cloud implementations as a finance lead/architect
  • Understanding of Oracle project methodology (OUM) and agile and testing strategies such as Conference Room Pilots (CRP) and Process Playbacks (SIT and UAT)
  • Experience in executing implementation strategy, capturing business, systems requirements and analysis, preparing functional specification documents, solution designing, prototyping, testing, training, and implementing practical business solutions
Preferred Skills and Experience
  • Experience with legacy ERP to Cloud migration or hybrid multi‑ERP environments
  • Exposure to CX transformation programs
  • Familiarity with SOX compliance, audit controls, and governance frameworks
Additional Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution; alternatively, three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of each year of education
  • This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location
