Our Enterprise Analytics Data Products Team is seeking a Director to lead a data engineering team delivering enterprise data & analytics capabilities in an agile way. In this position, you will act as a voice of the end‑user to guide the day‑to‑day work of the team, focusing on achievement of defined outcomes versus defining how the work is completed. The Travelers Data Engineering team constructs real‑time data pipelines that contextualize and provide easy access to data by the entire enterprise. As a team lead, you will play a key role in ensuring a ready backlog of work so that the team can continue to build and expand analytic data products that support enterprise‑level insights of our customers as they happen.

To be successful in this role, you need to have experience leading delivery and ownership of technology data & analytics assets, be comfortable engaging with numerous teams across the enterprise, and manage engineering work in cloud technologies. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the US. The company does not sponsor or support H‑1B petitions, TN, or STEM OPT.
