Transformation Delivery Train Scrum Master / Lead Agile Coach

Primary Objective:
Optimize delivery across all product technology teams within the Transformation Delivery Train while driving alignment, predictability, and continuous improvement s role provides leadership, coaching, and coordination across multiple product teams, ensuring effective execution, continuous improvement, and alignment with organizational objectives. The individual will facilitate Agile Release Train (ART) activities, manage cross-team dependencies, and drive agile maturity at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Agile Release Train (ART) ceremonies and events.
• Coordinate and manage dependencies across multiple product teams.
• Support portfolio planning and alignment of work across the transformation delivery ecosystem.
• Develop and maintain executive-level reporting on delivery performance and progress.
• Lead capacity forecasting and planning activities to optimize resource utilization.
• Coach teams and leaders on Agile principles, practices, and organizational maturity.
• Identify, track, and mitigate delivery risks impacting program objectives.
• Contribute to strategic planning and execution across the delivery train.
• Foster collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement across teams.
