- Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies to ensure timely project completion
- Facilitate effective coordination between technical teams and client stakeholders by organizing regular meetings, sprints, and project phases to align expectations and objectives
- Support technical teams in executing development, integration, and customization stages of enterprise application packages, ensuring adherence to project requirements
- Monitor project deliverables across all phases to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations
- Proactive risk management to ensure project delivery
- Build collaborative relationships with stakeholders through effective communication
- Anticipate challenges and deliver innovative solutions
- Balance project economics with strategic priorities
- Extensive Oracle Financials cloud experience in domain and functional knowledge of GL, AP, AR, CM modules
- Implementation experience with a deep understanding of Oracle Cloud
- At least 2–3 full life‑cycle implementation experiences in Oracle Financials Cloud (AP, GL, AR, CM)
- Experience in Oracle project methodology (OUM), Agile, and testing strategies such as Conference Room Pilots (CRP) and Process Playbacks (SIT and UAT)
- Identify functionality gaps and support the development of solutions
- Oracle Functional expertise and industry experience in services organizations
- Execute implementation strategy, capture business and systems requirements, prepare functional specifications, design solutions, prototype, test, train, and implement practical business solutions
- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud strategy for data conversion/migrations, inbound/outbound interfaces, and reports with third‑party applications
- Configure Oracle Cloud Applications to meet business requirements and document application set‑ups
- Excellent communication skills, adept at business interaction and application understanding
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Three years of progressive specialty experience may be considered in lieu of one year of education
