AI & Digital Automation Solutions Developer
We are seeking an AI & Digital Automation Solutions Developer to support the Client's Global Distribution organization by designing, developing, testing, and implementing practical AI, GenAI, automation, and data-enabled solutions that improve business processes, operational efficiency, decision-making, and data standardization. This is a hands-on technical role that combines solution development with strong business partnership responsibilities. The ideal candidate will work directly with stakeholders to identify opportunities for digital transformation and deliver scalable solutions using AI technologies, workflow automation tools, data workflows, analytics platforms, and low-code/no-code technologies.
The successful candidate will be capable of moving from problem discovery through solution design, prototyping, development, testing, deployment support, and user adoption while ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, compliant, and sustainable.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and implement AI, GenAI, automation, analytics, and digital workflow solutions to improve business operations and efficiency.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand operational challenges and identify opportunities for digital automation and process improvement.
- Build and configure custom GPTs, AI assistants, chatbots, prompt-based workflows, and other GenAI-enabled solutions.
- Translate business requirements into technical designs, prototypes, minimum viable products (MVPs), and scalable production-ready solutions.
- Develop and maintain automation workflows, scripts, APIs, and digital tools that address business needs.
- Support data standardization initiatives through data extraction, cleansing, mapping, validation, transformation, and integration activities.
- Work with structured and unstructured data to create reliable and efficient business solutions.
- Conduct testing, validation, troubleshooting, and continuous enhancement of digital and AI-enabled solutions.
- Collaborate with business, technology, data, and compliance teams to ensure solutions meet security, privacy, and scalability requirements.
- Create and maintain documentation for technical designs, workflows, prompts, business rules, support procedures, and data logic.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement activities, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution demonstrations.
- Support deployment activities, user adoption efforts, and ongoing solution optimization.
Requirements
Education Requirements
- Master's degree with 3–5 years of relevant experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, Supply Chain, Digital Transformation, Automation, or a related field; OR
- Bachelor's degree with 5–7 years of relevant experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, Supply Chain, Digital Transformation, Automation, or a related field; OR
- Diploma with 9–11 years of relevant experience in Digital Solutions, Automation, Data Analytics, Software Development, Supply Chain Systems, or a related field.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience developing AI, automation, analytics, or digital workflow solutions.
- Experience working directly with business stakeholders to identify requirements and deliver practical technical solutions.
- Demonstrated experience supporting solution development from concept through implementation and adoption.
- Experience working with data transformation, automation workflows, business analysis, and solution delivery initiatives.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience developing AI, GenAI, automation, analytics, or digital workflow solutions.
- Ability to build or configure custom GPTs, AI assistants, chatbots, prompt-based workflows, or similar GenAI-enabled solutions.
- Experience writing or adapting code, scripts, workflows, or automation logic to solve business problems.
- Working knowledge of Python, SQL, JavaScript, Power Platform, Power Automate, APIs, or similar development and automation tools.
