Job Title
Quality Assurance Automated Tester

Scope of Work- The agency needs the service of a hands-on Quality Assurance Automated Tester. The candidate will ensure that new systems are built to meet functional requirements while achieving service qualities (Performance, scalability, extensibility, maintainability, security, interoperability) now and in the future.
- The role includes manual testing hands-on experience and is responsible for reviewing and improving existing systems, leveraging new technologies and methodologies to seek continual improvement.
- The candidate will break down the system into components, identify component interactions and interfaces (including with the environment and the user), and determine the technologies and resources to be used in the design.
- 5+ years of experience with Azure Dev Ops suite (Azure Boards, Azure Repos, Azure Pipelines, Azure Test Plans, Azure Artifacts) (required)
- 5+ years of experience in automated testing with UFT (Unified Functional Testing) and VBScript or other programming languages (required)
- 5+ years of experience with automated testing frameworks and manual testing, test methodologies, test strategies, and test beds (required)
- 5+ years of experience with Agile methodologies
- Develop and maintain UI, back end, API, and hardware test automation
- Involved in a minimum of two large-scale Agile software development projects
- Knowledge of testing tools, testing frameworks, and continuous integration methodologies
- Knowledge of web application testing, distributed system testing, performance testing, regression testing, database testing, mobile testing, security testing, accessibility testing, and web service testing
- Knowledge of .NET, SharePoint, Salesforce
- Knowledge of data modeling and database design (preferred)
- Knowledge of application modeling and design
- Knowledge of service-oriented architectures
- Experience with automated testing in enterprise system integration projects and familiarity with enterprise integration patterns
- Thorough understanding of standard QA best practices in an Agile environment, including authoring test plans and test cases, executing tests, and tracking issues to completion
- Good understanding of Dev Ops and setting up continuous integration environments
- Experience in Test-Driven Development and testing tools and techniques
- Object-oriented design principles and design patterns
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with QA functional test suites such as Unified Functional Testing
- Working automated testing knowledge for C#, WCF, jQuery, XML, JSON, Web Api, SOAP, .NET, Java Script
- Testing experience with web services (REST, SOAP, WCF) and tools such as SOAPUI
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Engineering, or technology-related field from an accredited college or university, or commensurate experience
- Experience with Salesforce
- Experience with Microsoft Share Point
- Experience with .NET Framework
- Knowledge of virtualized hosting environments
- Knowledge of .NET, SharePoint, Mulesoft
- Knowledge of .NET, Share Point
- SQL
