You will lead architectural design, configuration, and integration of Oracle Fusion HCM across Core HR, Benefits, Absence, Talent, and more. Expect hands‑on development, BI reporting, and data governance in a complex pediatric health system.
Ideal candidates have 7+ years in IT/HRIS, Oracle HCM implementation experience, and strong expertise with HDL/HSDL, OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, and OTBI/BIP reporting.
