CTtransit in Hartford, CT is seeking an HRIS Specialist to support data entry, reporting, and digitization inside the HRIS ecosystem. You will work with the HRIS Manager to maintain data accuracy, run reports, and support monthly KPI reporting.
A bachelor’s degree in HRIS/IT or related field with one year of HRIS experience is required. Strong MS 365 and Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information are essential.
