Our client is seeking a technically savvy Business Analyst who can translate complex healthcare business requirements into scalable Salesforce Health Cloud and integration solutions, while collaborating effectively across business, product, architecture, and engineering teams.
Required Experience
- 6+ years as a Salesforce Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst.
- Experience gathering and documenting requirements for Salesforce Health Cloud, APIs, microservices, and enterprise integrations.
- Strong experience with data mapping, transformation rules, business rules, and end-to-end process design across source systems and Salesforce.
- Healthcare payer experience supporting Commercial, Medicare, and/or Medicaid business processes, including claims, workflow, or case management.
- Experience facilitating requirements workshops, stakeholder engagement, UAT, and solution validation.
Technical Knowledge
- Working knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, integrations, and modern cloud architectures.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, workflow automation, and case management.
- Ability to create process flows, user stories, functional specifications, and integration requirements.
Core Responsibilities
- Elicit, analyze, and document business, functional, technical, and integration requirements.
- Translate business needs into Epics, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, process flows, and data mapping specifications.
- Define integration requirements between source systems, microservices, APIs, and Salesforce.
- Partner with Product Owners, Architects, Developers, and QA teams to validate solution designs and ensure delivery alignment.
- Support SIT/UAT, defect triage, requirements traceability, and release readiness activities.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and drive consensus across business and technology teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Business Analyst, Administrator, or Health Cloud certification.
- Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud.
- Experience supporting healthcare claims workflows, workflow orchestration, inventory management, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum or SAFe environments.
