tThe Connecticut Department of Social Services (DSS) is seeking experienced QA Test Analysts with expertise in both manual and automation testing to support mission-critical enterprise applications that deliver essential services to Connecticut residents

.The selected candidates will work closely with business stakeholders, developers, business analysts, solution architects, project managers, and technical teams to ensure applications meet business requirements, technical specifications, State policies, and federal regulations

.Candidates with experience supporting State Government, Human Services, Healthcare, Medicaid, Medicare, Eligibility Systems, and Public Sector modernization initiatives are highly preferred

• es Perform manual and automated testing across multiple enterprise application
• s.Develop comprehensive test scenarios, test cases, and automation script
• s.Execute Functional, Regression, Integration, SIT, UAT, API, Mobile, and End-to-End testin
• g.Review business requirements and technical specifications to identify testing need
• s.Validate REST APIs and SOAP Web Services using testing tool
• s.Manage defects and testing activities using Jir
• a.Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning and backlog refinemen
• t.Maintain Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM
• ).Collaborate with developers, business analysts, architects, project managers, and State stakeholder
