The posted range is the hiring range for this role — a subset of the broader range available to employees over time — and reflects base salary across our national hiring scale. Final offers are based on several factors, including the candidate's skills and experience, internal pay equity, work location, market conditions for the role, and the specific scope and responsibilities of the position.
The top of the range is reserved for candidates who notably exceed the requirements; the lower end applies to those with less experience or fewer preferred qualifications. For positions based in higher-cost zones (e.g., California, New York, New Jersey), actual compensation may exceed the posted range; your recruiter will share specifics during the process.
We are looking for a Business Analyst (Project Governance & Delivery) who can drive project execution, governance, stakeholder management while also providing hands-on support through data analysis, Python-based automation, SQL querying, and reporting. The role requires a blend of business acumen, project management discipline, and technical problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities-Manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and action trackers.
-Support sprint planning, status reporting, governance reviews, and leadership updates.
-Develop Python scripts for automation, workflow optimization, and data processing.
-Write SQL queries for data extraction, validation, and reporting.
-Create dashboards and reports using Power BI/Tableau.
-Coordinate across business, analytics, engineering, and client stakeholders.
Qualifications-3-6 years of experience in Business Analysis, PMO, Delivery Management, or Analytics.
-Working knowledge of Python for automation and analytics.
-Hands-on SQL experience (joins, subqueries, data validation, reporting).
-Knowledge of Project Governance, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
-Experience with Power BI/Tableau and Excel.
-Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
-Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
-Experience working with cross-functional technical teams.
