Responsibilities of the Net Suite Implementation Specialist

• Lead hands-on Net Suite configuration and implementation activities across multiple entities.
• Review existing project documentation, system designs, and implementation plans.
• Partner with accounting and finance teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into Net Suite solutions.
• Execute system configuration, testing, validation, and entity onboarding activities.
• Support successful go-live and adoption for global business units.
• Validate project deliverables and ensure success criteria are achieved.
• Provide recommendations for long-term Net Suite administration and support structures.
• Work closely with Finance, IT, and operational stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Preferred Qualifications of the Net Suite Implementation Specialist

• Experience leading full Net Suite ERP implementation in a multinational organization.
• Strong expertise in Net Suite Financial Management, Procurement, and Inventory Management modules.
• Understanding of accounting principles; accounting experience or certification is a plus.
• Experience integrating Net Suite with commercial and custom-built applications.
• Net Suite certifications strongly preferred.
