What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prepare and approve renewals for accounts while focusing on profitability and retention
- Leverage negotiation skills to obtain adequate rates based on established guidelines
- Communicate with agents to ensure all renewal information is collected and processed
- Collaborate with underwriters to evaluate risk profiles and manage the agency book of business
- Respond promptly to agent concerns regarding endorsements and renewals

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate degree or equivalent relevant experience
- At least one year of experience in the insurance industry or related field
- General knowledge of insurance terminology
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree may be considered in lieu of the insurance industry experience requirement
- Proficiency in Microsoft products and good personal computer skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work both independently and in a team setting
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle report as per company standards
