Cap Specialty is seeking college graduates for a year-long Underwriting Training program in Hartford, CT. The program begins in June 2027 and leads to underwriting roles, with hands-on training in Surety and exposure to specialty lines of insurance.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and offers a structured evaluation at 3, 6, 9 and 12 months. The position is hybrid, with 3 days in the Hartford office, though relocation to Atlanta, Middleton, or Walnut Creek may be required after training.
