This is a full-time, on-site Attorney role located in Hartford, CT. The Attorney will be responsible for managing and defending civil litigation cases, providing legal advice to clients, conducting legal research, and negotiating settlements when appropriate. The role will also involve working closely with clients and colleagues to analyze cases, prepare legal strategies, and advocate on behalf of clients in state and federal courts.

• Strong knowledge and expertise in Law, with specialization in Labor and Employment Law
• Proficiency in providing Legal Advice and conducting comprehensive Research to support case strategies
• Demonstrated skills in Negotiation and conflict resolution
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to work under deadlines
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active membership in the Connecticut Bar
• Prior civil litigation experience is highly desirable
