The Role:

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who has experience handling personal injury files from open to close including litigation.

Responsibilities:

• Setting up insurance claims
• Ordering medical and employment records
• Drafting Schedule A's
• Keeping in regular contact with clients
• Demand packages
• Pleadings
• Discovery

Organization, attendance, diligence, good communication skills and being personable are key to the position.

Qualifications

• Paralegal diploma or relevant work experience
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and E-filing
• Expertise in Research and Document Review
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
• Capability to work independently in a remote setting
• Experience with contract management or compliance is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Law, Legal Studies, or a related field preferred
