Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Matrimonial Paralegal to join our Family Law practice. The ideal candidate will have experience in assisting with matrimonial law matters, including divorce, child custody, spousal and child support, property division, and prenuptial agreements. The role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage case files, prepare legal documents, and assist in trial preparation.

Experience with discovery processes, client communication, and legal research related to family law matters is essential.
