We track litigation trends, identify and vet candidates, coordinate interviews, and assemble fit-for-purpose expert teams when a matter calls for multiple perspectives. As an Account Executive, you are on the front line working with law firms and the lawyers that work there. You find and engage the right people, hold initial conversations, and turn genuine interest into clear next steps. You work in two lanes: outreach to named contacts at assigned firms and responding to inbound inquiries and public litigation signals such as new filings.

You lead discovery meetings, diagnose needs, and shape clear proposals acrossexpertconsulting and testimony, jury research (for example theme testing and mock juries),story and theme development, courtroom graphics and presentation,andtrial technology support. You deepen relationships across practices and matters, coordinate closely withthe Expert, Jury, and Trial teamsto deliver well scoped engagements that meetor exceed client expectations.

Compensation: $100,000-$125,000 base plus potentially lucrative commission plan. Actual compensation will be based on skills and experience.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Manage relationships at assigned firms for the Expert, Jury, and Trial business units.
  • Build targeted outreach lists and connect with attorneys about Expert, Jury, and Trial needs.
  • Proactively identify and pursue high-value relationships and cases within assigned accounts.
  • Drive definable revenue growth through strategic, professional and high-level client outreach and relationship management.
  • Hold short first calls: set a simple agenda, ask a few thoughtful questions, understand timing and who decides, and propose next steps.
  • Lead discovery meetings: clarify the matter, stakes, timing, decision path, and which DOAR services fit; establish and execute clear next steps.
  • Scope and present proposals for all DOAR services, aligning pricing within defined guardrails and setting expectations with the client.
  • Respond quickly to inbound inquiries and public litigation signals and move them to meetings.
  • Present capabilities and priorexperiencecredibly (expert witness placement, jury research,story and theme development, courtroom. graphics,andtrialtechnology;facilitate group presentations).
  • Pursuenet-new opportunities beyond current clients and active matters–targetnew attorneys atassignedfirms.
  • Partner across

    DOAR toexpand the company’s presence and strengthen our reputation.
  • Keep Hub Spot accurate: log contacts and activities (e.g., calls and meetings), log notes, upload documents, associate people with the correct firm and sub-deals, capture next steps and dates, and keep deal stages current so pipeline and forecasts are accurate.
  • Write clear, proofread emails and follow-ups that make it easy to say yes to a meeting.
  • Support DOAR events and campaigns, converting interest into meetings.
  • Respect existing relationships; involve the right colleagues at the right time.
What Success Looks Like
  • Net-new revenue: a meaningful share of wins comes from both existing contacts and new contacts at assigned accounts.
  • Discovery conversations move to clear, well-scoped engagements with fewer resets and shortersalescycle times.
  • Consistent, high-level client engagement representing DOAR in a professional and respected manner.
