We’re seeking two exceptional associates with 3–6 years of experience in multi-district (MDL) and complex coordinated litigation. A winning candidate aligns with a group of professionals who thrive on legal challenges on the national stage. Our practitioners directly interface with clients to shape strategic outcomes from discovery motion practice to resolution.
Qualifications- 3–6 years of experience in multi-district (MDL) and complex coordinated litigation.
- Strong foundation in technology, antitrust, product liability, or data security.
- Superior research and writing skills.
- Experience with government enforcement matters or a judicial clerkship is a plus.
- Active license in the applicable SHB office state.
- Case management, motion practice, discovery, and mediation.
- Engage with the emerging frontier of artificial intelligence in litigation.
- Guide strategy for clients across leading sectors—including life sciences, technology, retail, and financial services.
In accordance with applicable law, the annualized salary range for this position is $185,000 - $325,000, depending on the candidate’s overall experience and other job‑related factors permitted by law. Discretionary bonuses may also be awarded annually.
