• Procurement and supplier management for assigned hardware and components supporting multiple engine programs
• Manage supplier on-time delivery, capacity ramp plans, and leading performance indicators to support production schedules
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned suppliers, leading issue resolution, escalation, and recovery plans
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Quality, Engineering, Materials, Manufacturing, Strategic Sourcing, Continuous Improvement, and Production Readiness teams
• Maintain uninterrupted supply flow while meeting cost, schedule, quality, and contractual commitments
• Lead business continuity planning and supplier improvement initiatives
• Execute standard procurement activities including demand planning, order placement, scheduling, and delivery assurance
• Ensure compliance with Global Supply Chain standard work, international trade compliance, and RTX Code of Ethics

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field
• Experience in supplier management, procurement, or supply chain operations
• Experience supporting aerospace, manufacturing, or regulated industrial environments (a plus)
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is preferred

• Ability to manage multiple supplier accounts and competing priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including email, phone, and presentation interaction
• U.S. citizenship required to access controlled systems and programs
• Knowledge of supplier performance management, capacity planning, and production readiness
• Familiarity with international trade compliance and supply chain risk mitigation is preferred
• Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills is a plus
