Supports freight routing, load assignment, and dispatch workflow across Oregon-based systems. Hartford candidates are prioritized for hybrid participation; remote candidates fully integrated nationwide. Entry-level candidates receive structured training; experienced professionals manage operational responsibilities independently.

• Assign and monitor freight loads
• Track shipments and maintain operational documentation
• Communicate shipment updates, delays, or exceptions
• Maintain dispatch logs and operational records
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend improvements
  
  Collaborate with Oregon-based management for operational alignment
• Escalate scheduling conflicts and operational issues as needed

• Strong verbal and written communication
• Computer proficiency with dispatch/tracking systems
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
• Ability to follow structured workflows and procedures
• Time management and multitasking skills
• Experience optional; full training provided
