Position OverviewSupports freight routing, load assignment, and dispatch workflow across Oregon-based systems. Hartford candidates are prioritized for hybrid participation; remote candidates fully integrated nationwide. Entry-level candidates receive structured training; experienced professionals manage operational responsibilities independently.
Key Responsibilities- Assign and monitor freight loads
- Track shipments and maintain operational documentation
- Communicate shipment updates, delays, or exceptions
- Maintain dispatch logs and operational records
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend improvements
Collaborate with Oregon-based management for operational alignment - Escalate scheduling conflicts and operational issues as needed
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Computer proficiency with dispatch/tracking systems
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
- Ability to follow structured workflows and procedures
- Time management and multitasking skills
- Experience optional; full training provided
