Job Summary

As a Shipper, you will work in our fast‑paced distribution center to help ensure our customers’ needs are met through on‑time shipment. Duties include safely operating a variety of powered‑industrial vehicles to perform picking, packing, and processing customer orders and putting product away from production and inbound receiving.

• Safely operate PIV‑equipment to place product and retrieve from designated storage area, picking orders as instructed.
• Ensure accurate cycle counts are completed.
• Load and unload trailers.
• Use RF scanner to accurately record product movement within Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Consolidate product via palletization method.
• Move trailers within yard and between buildings.
• Perform housekeeping duties such as sweeping for a clean and orderly work area.
• Ensure all duties are performed to meet customer expectations and deadlines.
• Follow direction from management to meet departmental needs.
• Meet minimum required performance standards.

• Ability to safely operate powered equipment to move product.
• Basic math skills.
• Maintains acceptable attendance record.
• Performs all jobs within company safety guidelines.
• Uses WMS and RF scanners.
• Displays attention to detail.
• Work from heights up to 40 feet.
