Senior Manager, Indirect Procurement

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing initiatives across the organization
• Partner with leaders across IT, Marketing, Facilities, Finance, Legal, and other corporate functions to optimize indirect spend
• Negotiate favorable supplier agreements and deliver measurable business value
• Influence stakeholders, build strong supplier partnerships, and manage complex sourcing initiatives
• Identify opportunities to improve quality, reduce costs, and mitigate risk
• Provide leadership to one Procurement team member responsible for supporting procurement programs

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
• Demonstrated experience leading strategic sourcing and procurement initiatives
• Experience negotiating supplier agreements and managing complex vendor relationships
• Strong financial and analytical skills with experience evaluating spend and identifying savings opportunities
• Experience partnering effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
• Knowledge of procurement best practices, contract management, and sourcing methodologies
• Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Power Point
