Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 plus bonus.

We’re looking for a Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial losses caused by fire, water, mold, and natural disasters. The role includes developing relationships to grow accounts, managing projects from start to finish with an assigned Construction Superintendent, and overseeing contractors. Both sales and project management experience are required. The base salary is $80,000–$90,000 annually, negotiable based on experience, and is eligible for an annual bonus and a company vehicle.
Responsibilities- Provide repair and restoration estimates for project leads.
- Lead communication between customer and insurance providers.
- Monitor construction progress under the direction of an on‑site Superintendent to ensure schedule and budget compliance.
- Evaluate construction progress and team performance.
- Manage financial aspects of repair and restoration projects.
- Identify potential legal issues, review them with the Branch Manager and Construction Superintendent.
- Oversee project close‑out.
- Represent the company in project meetings.
- Provide technical assistance to all project members.
- Identify new work opportunities and inform Sales and Marketing.
- Lead internal teams focused on continuous improvement.
- Promote growth of client, subcontractor, and vendor relationships.
- Familiar with relevant policies and processes.
- Proactively identify and solve problems to minimize risk.
- Prior disaster restoration experience (both residential and commercial) – required.
- Restoration estimating experience and ability to write scopes in Xactimate &
Symbility – required. - Attention to detail.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Willingness to travel out of town.
- Pass background check and drug screen.
