Position

Summary

CVS Health is executing a multi-year finance transformation spanning core systems (e.g., ERP), tools (e.g., AI/automation), and processes (e.g., enterprise planning). As a Senior Change Manager, you will be a member of the Finance Optimization Readiness & Enablement team, which prepares leaders and colleagues to adopt changes. You will execute the end-to-end change management activities for select Finance transformation projects and mature our internal process for analyzing and managing change impacts across stakeholder groups.

Reporting to the Lead Director, Readiness & Enablement, you will accomplish this by:

  • Directing and collaborating with key stakeholders within Enterprise Finance to translate current and future state processes into clear, understandable change impacts that can be used to drive readiness planning, change communications, and training. This includes maintaining a change impact analysis, stakeholder mapping, and adoption metrics for the changes identified.
  • Partnering with Corporate Finance teams to lead development of communications and training materials to ensure finance stakeholders (all segments, enterprise FP&A, controllership) understand the implications of process and technology changes. This includes partnering with the Finance Optimization team to lead development of narratives and materials that communicate and support functional priorities and initiatives such as the Finance modernization (“future of work”) strategy;

    transformation roadmap, work streams, timelines, milestones and change impacts to drive transparency and understanding of the case for change, approach, and calls to action. Includes leading the development of executive-level presentations for board meetings, key internal meetings (e.g., executive and finance leadership team meetings, steering and operating committee updates, and town halls) and other communication resources (videos, talking points, toolkits, road shows, online forums, training materials) to educate, influence decision‑making, and ensure readiness for change implementation.
  • Developing and leading end-to-end change management activities, including change impact and stakeholder analysis, communications and engagement planning and execution, and training development for key initiatives across the entire Enterprise Finance team. This includes establishing and maintaining an engaged Super User / Change Champion community around key initiatives (e.g., AI fluency, financial process ownership, etc.).

In this role, your success will be determined by your deep understanding of change management and communications execution, as well as demonstrated competence, maturity, and a strong collaborative work style. Your ability to excel at translating complex technical designs and end‑to‑end process flows into clear, actionable change impacts, enabling stakeholders to understand what is changing, why it matters, and how it affects their roles and ways of working will also contribute to your success.

You will bring strong systems thinking, quickly grasping the downstream implications of technical and process changes and synthesizing that insight into practical guidance that informs communications, training, and adoption strategies. Equally important, you are able to “think beyond the spreadsheet and tell the story” as you develop custom analyses, establish and refine messaging, and influence both strategic and operational outcomes.
