Based in Hartford, CT, this full-time position requires coordinating major benefit implementations, open enrollment processes, and complex health plan issues to ensure effective and efficient administration.
Keyqualifications
- Nine (9) years of experience in employee pension plans, health care benefits, or legal benefits administration
- Two (2) years of supervisory experience in a relevant field
- Knowledge of state and federal laws, regulations, and collective bargaining processes
- Considerable ability in financial analysis and complex reporting
- Experience managing healthcare programs, vendor contracts, and large budgets
