Insight Global is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join a manufacturing company based in West Hartford, CT. The Manufacturing Engineer will enhance production efficiencies, improve machining and assembly operations, maintain quality standards, and implementing innovative solutions. In this role, this individual will collaborate closely with Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Design Engineering, Quality, and Operations teams.
Required Skills & Experience- Proven experience in a manufacturing or production engineering role.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and continuous improvement methodologies
- Proficient with CAD software and other engineering tools (Solid Works, AutoCAD etc.)
