Job Title: Assembler – 1st Shift
Location: Cromwell, CT 06416
Pay Rate: $16 - $18 per hour
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

This position is responsible for assembling tools and performing in-process inspections to ensure product quality. The role involves working from assembly drawings, using hand tools and machinery, and supporting production operations in a team environment.

• Assemble parts and finished products using assembly drawings and instructions
• Perform in-process inspections to ensure quality standards are met
• Use hand tools and machines to complete assembly tasks
• Follow instructions provided by supervisors and production leads
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by supervision

• Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings
• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs regularly
• Strong attention to detail and good memory retention
• Basic numerical skills
• Ability to read and write in English Ability to work well in a team environment
