• Compensation: $40.00-$50.00 per hour, W2 only

• Ensure the team adheres to critical production timelines
• Oversee the order and production process for customers, completing all necessary documentation, and fostering a culture of accountability and efficiency with vendors
• Manage relationships with printers to ensure high‑quality, cost‑effective, and timely production. Work with vendors to continuously improve production solutions
• Analyze costs and quality to drive efficiency and value
• Collaborate with vendors to create specifications for new components and negotiate favorable pricing
• Manage mock‑ups, prototypes, and printer proofs with vendors to ensure quality standards are met
• Communicate supply chain issues to customers and coordinate effective solutions
• Obtain approvals for budgeting and forecasting, tracking actual costs against estimates
• Research vendor and technology advancements to foster innovation in production processes.

• Bachelor’s Degree or a high school diploma and 5+ years of experience in marketing, agency, publishing, printing, project management or supply chain management may be considered
• Proficient in the print production process, particularly for four‑color publications
• Extensive knowledge of various papers, printing processes, and techniques
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to address challenges with creative solutions
• Strong analytical skills and computer literacy
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks
• Ability to keep superiors and team members informed at all stages
• Skilled in managing multiple projects from concept to production, across various media
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment
