- Adhere to our client´General Work Requirements (Factory, Shop, and/or Hangar positions)
- Comply with environmental health and safety policies and procedures
- Participate in 5-S activities and perform work in a safe and timely manner
- Troubleshoot, inspect, repair, and perform maintenance on customer aircraft
- Fabricate and modify structural components and modifications on aircraft
- Perform structural repairs on composite components (attached or detached)
- Remove and install aircraft components as required
- Conduct or assist with inspections for hidden damage on aircraft structures
- Support and/or perform complex structural repairs on or off the aircraft
- Perform and document work in compliance with manuals and regulatory requirements
- Operate ground support equipment as required
- Repair or assist in the repair of aircraft components
- Perform mechanical and electrical component removals and installations
- Inspect confined areas of the airframe
- Assist with wing removal and reinstallation as needed
- Support maintenance activities at off-site locations, when required
- Design, modify, and weld metal fixtures, as needed
- Fabricate parts for ground support equipment
- Assist with aircraft towing
- Collaborate with other maintenance disciplines
- Perform other duties as assigned
