At Steel Craft, we are committed to delivering high-quality products through precision, innovation, and teamwork. As a Quality Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring our products meet customer expectations and industry standards throughout the manufacturing process.
This is a hands-on role where your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will directly impact product quality and operational success.
What You’ll DoInspect & Test Products Perform visual inspections and use precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
Conduct required testing, including destructive and non-destructive methods
Accurately document inspection results and product performance data Support Production & Quality Processes Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are consistently met Identify potential quality issues and partner with production teams on solutions
Assist with calibration and maintenance of inspection equipment
Documentation & Reporting Maintain accurate and organized quality records in accordance with company procedures
Generate reports and communicate findings to quality and engineering teams
Support internal and external audits as needed
Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement Participate in root cause analysis to identify and resolve quality issues
Support implementation of corrective and preventive actions
Contribute ideas to improve product quality, efficiency, and processes
What We’re Looking For Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to use measuring tools and follow inspection procedures
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify and address issues
Effective communication and teamwork skills
Ability to manage time and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting
Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in manufacturing or quality inspection
Ability to read blueprints or technical drawings
Familiarity with quality standards and inspection processes
