Product Assembler Technician; IHC

National Assemblers, Inc. is currently seeking Assemblers to join our expanding organization. We serve the world’s largest brands like Walmart, Bass Pro Shop, Leggett and Platt, Wayfair, Rooms to Go, among many others.

As an NAI Assembler, you will build products in our customers' homes. First, you will be certified as an In‑Home Assembler Technician, allowing you to assemble for customers such as Leggett and Platt and Rooms to Go. After completing in‑home certification, there is an opportunity to become in‑store certified and assemble products in store locations (e.g., Walmart, Bass Pro). Trainer and grill certifications are also available.

The more certifications you earn, the greater your earning potential.

Daily duties include traveling to various customers’ homes to assemble products independently. You will need reliable transportation and your own tools. Work schedules include Monday–Sunday, hours based on customer requests. You will receive a base rate of $20/hr during training and, after training, will earn wages under a piece‑rate model that averages $20–$30/hr when converted to hourly, based on completed jobs.

• Receive daily customer orders to complete installation or assembly jobs in customers’ homes
• Communicate with the customer to confirm all appointments
• Confirm work orders to ensure you are assembling/repairing the correct product
• Assemble product to National Assembler’s specifications
• Build strong rapport with customers and ensure 100% satisfaction by delivering excellent customer service and quality product
• Leave customers’ homes neat and clean (free of all trash)
• Complete follow‑up notes in NAI’s system after job completion

• This job requires regular travel, with most jobs landing within a 75‑mile radius of your home
