Unitex is searching for 2nd Shift Production Workers in Hartford, CT.

$18.20/hour. Salary range: $18.20/hour to $18.20/hour. Compensation decisions are based on experience, seniority, location, and other permissible factors.

Monday - Friday, 2:45 PM – 11:15 PM. Discussed during screening prior to interview.

• Sort incoming laundry
• Process dry linen (pillowcases, towels, gowns, underpads, etc.) through folding machines
• Process wet sheets and blankets into irons
• Pack out clean linen by customer order

• Full-time, 2:45 PM – 11:15 PM shift
• Ability to stand for a 10‑hour shift
• Ability to work efficiently and quickly
• Perform activities as directed on the production line
• Follow all safety policies/procedures
• Follow PPE/hygiene policies
• Communicate clearly with management

• Frequent walking, standing, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and stooping
• Subject to machine noise, hot and humid temperatures
  
  Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
