3rd Shift Machine Operators

Job Overview

As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for producing high‑quality corrugated packaging products while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Pay: $27.00 – $31.00 per hour (based on department and experience)

Shift: Night Shift – 6:00PM to 6:00AM (3‑2‑2‑3 rotating schedule)

• Set up, operate, and monitor production equipment to meet quality and productivity goals.
• Review job tickets and work orders to ensure customer specifications are met.
• Feed material into machines and stack finished product.
• Complete production paperwork and prepare materials for shipment.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Perform routine machine adjustments and assist with equipment maintenance when needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Participate in continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Ability to work safely in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and move throughout a 12‑hour shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends when business needs require.
• Ability to work rotating shifts if needed.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to read and use a tape measure or ruler accurately.
• Experience in manufacturing, printing, packaging, die cutting, or machine operation is a plus.
