In this role, you will remove burrs, sharp edges, and surface imperfections from precision parts at the final stages of manufacture. Working to tight tolerances from blueprints, you will use precision measuring instruments to gauge critical dimensions and ensure every part meets exacting quality standards, with hands-on training and shadowing provided by senior machinists.
This role would suit a Deburr Operator with tight-tolerance and blueprint-reading experience, looking to move into a specialist role with strong earning potential, quarterly increases, and progression.
The Role:- Deburring precision parts, removing sharp edges, burrs, and surface imperfections.
- Working to tight tolerances from blueprints and using precision measuring instruments.
