Compensation Overview

The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.

As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.

What Is the Opportunity?

At Travelers, the Digital Marketing team is responsible for raising relevant awareness with target audiences, deepening engagement with valuable content and increasing preference and demand for Travelers products and services using an appropriate mix of platforms. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you are responsible for implementing marketing campaigns and/or social selling programs to execute the team’s strategies. You will measure and to optimize campaign and/or field activation performance, collaborate with business partners and digital marketing leadership in the development of strategies to achieve desired outcomes.

Additionally, you will support the adoption and maintenance of marketing technology tools. Digital Marketing Managers who specialize in paid media and audience development plan and optimize media mix to drive the most effective and efficient campaign performance. Digital Marketing Managers who specialize in email marketing manage data and list management, segmentation, promotional messaging execution, template setup and adjustment, behavioral rules, and campaign setup and delivery within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Digital Marketing Managers who specialize in social selling will enable and coach the field sales organization to build and strengthen relationships through Linked In and the company’s social sharing program.

What Will You Do?
  • Implement digital and content marketing strategies to raise awareness among target audiences, deepen engagement with valuable content, and increase preference and demand for Travelers using digital platform(s).

  • Analyze performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and other methods to recommend optimization strategies and tests, drive efficient results, and enhance engagement, acquisition, and/or retention in support of the marketing strategy and business objectives.

  • Collaborate with business partners to understand their goals and objectives and help develop strategies to achieve desired outcomes in conjunction with digital marketing leadership.

  • Manage and deploy digital marketing and paid advertising campaigns and/or social selling field activation programs using in-house and vendor-supplied tools, including trafficking, tracking, approvals, and testing prior to launching.

  • For paid media and audience specialists, research daily and weekly media performance to recommend media optimization strategies and tests, including content, targeting and channel mix to drive efficient campaign results in support of the content marketing strategy and business objectives.

  • For email specialists, research daily and weekly email performance and recommend strategies and specific tests around topic flow and calendar/frequency, targeting/segmentation, personalization and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud journeys to drive efficient campaign results in support of the overall email marketing strategy.

  • For social selling specialists, execute comprehensive coaching programs, including live training for Field Sales on Linked In Sales Navigator and social sharing tools, integration with the Field Marketing team’s Salesforce and Seismic activation…
