- Assist with the execution of marketing campaigns and go-to-market activities for EMS software solutions
- Support Sales Regional and Territory Managers with sales tools, presentations, and campaign materials
- Help develop and maintain product guides, talking points, and digital content for the EMS software portfolio
- Provide day-to-day support to field teams and customers to ensure high satisfaction
- Assist in aligning messaging and campaigns across EMS hardware and software portfolios
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical software marketing, medical device, or B2B marketing
- Experience in EMS, hospital resuscitation, or cardiology preferred
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce or marketing automation tools is a plus
- Experience in EMS, hospital resuscitation, or cardiology
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across cross‑functional teams
- Results‑oriented mindset with a focus on supporting adoption and growth of EMS software
- Previous experience in planning and executing trade shows and industry events
- Self‑motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit
