Senior Consultant, Communications

• Draft, review, and proofread written materials for assigned communications projects
• Work with stakeholders to establish objectives and coordinate content development
• Follow communications best practices, enterprise approval processes, templates, and brand guidelines
• Measure communications effectiveness using quantitative and qualitative methods
• Create and format graphics and videos for intranet articles and other communications
• Maintain distribution lists and send mass emails from Corporate Communications-managed mailboxes
• Publish content to the company intranet
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Three years of experience in communications or a related field
• Demonstrated writing and editing skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to edit and proofread quickly and accurately
• General knowledge of contemporary communications concepts and appropriate methods and techniques for communicating with multiple audiences
• Interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
• Project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within tight time frames
• Ability to work effectively individually and as a team member
• Ability to align communication efforts with organizational goals and objectives
• Bachelor's degree in English, journalism, communications, writing, or relevant combination of education with a minimum of two years' work experience within a marketing/communications environment

Demonstrates strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail, alongside project management capabilities to effectively coordinate communications projects. Proficient in measuring communications effectiveness and aligning efforts with organizational goals.
