A non-profit children's advocacy organization in Hartford, Connecticut, seeks Guardian ad Litem (GAL) volunteers to act on behalf of children in protective custody. Volunteers will undergo extensive training and will be responsible for conducting thorough investigations to represent the best interests of these children in court. A commitment of approximately 2-5 hours per month is expected, depending on the complexity of the cases.
