Responsibilities
- Cultivating, stewarding, and managing a portfolio of donors
- Developing and executing a long‑term vision and strategy to achieve development goals
- Partnering with regional advisory board members and other fundraising team members
- Setting vision and strategies to raise $2.6 million for TFA Connecticut in fiscal year 2027
- Maintaining accurate records in Salesforce
- At least 7+ years of related experience in development and fundraising context
- Track record of meeting and exceeding ambitious goals as a donor portfolio manager
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Preferred:
Fundraising certification (CRFE/CRFM or equivalent) and/or related Master’s Degree (e.g., MBA, M, Non‑Profit Management) - Preferred:
Knowledge and experience in the Connecticut fundraising landscape
