Schedule

This position operates on a 12-hour shift from 07:00 AM to 07:30 PM.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. This role involves assessing patient needs, planning and implementing care, and working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient conditions and document changes accurately.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and treatment plans.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Current certifications as required by the facility and specialty.
• Proof of immunizations including COVID-19, MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, and Tdap.
• Pass a drug screening and background check.
