Trinity Health Of New England seeks a certified nurse practitioner to join our Cardiovascular team at Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center in Hartford, Connecticut. This is an exciting full-time opportunity within a highly collaborative cardiovascular team.
Role- Provide pre‑ and post‑operative assessments and consults.
- Perform wound care and inpatient and surgical optimization.
- Execute interventions and additional related responsibilities as needed.
Full‑time position with flexible scheduling.
Requirements- Licensed and certified nurse practitioner.
- Experience working within a cardiovascular care practice or unit is a plus.
