We're seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with inpatient psychiatric experience to join an established behavioral health team serving adult and geriatric patients throughout the Greater Hartford area.

Your mornings will primarily be spent providing psychiatric care within an inpatient behavioral health hospital, while your afternoons can include outpatient psychiatry, telepsychiatry, or additional inpatient behavioral health consults depending on your interests.

You'll collaborate with experienced psychiatrists, fellow PMHNPs, therapists and clinical leadership in a supportive team environment where providers have meaningful input into their schedules.

Medication management
Follow-up visits
Behavioral health consults
Collaborate with psychiatrists and interdisciplinary teams
Care for adult and geriatric psychiatric patients
Work across inpatient psychiatry, outpatient psychiatry and telepsychiatry

We're Looking For
PMHNP-BC
Inpatient psychiatric experience required
Experience in psychiatric hospitals strongly preferred

Experience with geriatric psychiatry, skilled nursing, behavioral health hospitals or assisted living is highly desirable
Comfortable providing psychiatric evaluations and medication management
Collaborative, patient-centered clinician
