Trinity Health Of New England seeks a certified Nurse Practitioner to join our Cardiovascular team at Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center in Hartford, Connecticut.
This is an exciting full-time opportunity within a highly collaborative cardiovascular team.
Responsibilities- Provide pre‑ and post‑operative assessments, consults, wound care, and inpatient and surgical optimization.
- Participate in interventions as part of a comprehensive care team alongside three cardiac/cardiovascular surgeons and over ten advanced practitioners.
- Maintain full‑time schedules with flexible scheduling.
- Licensed and certified Nurse Practitioner.
- Experience working within a cardiovascular care practice or unit is preferred.
