RN - Telemetry
Hartford, Connecticut
Contract:
13 weeks
Hours:
12‑hour shifts, 36 hours per week
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered and monitor patient response.
- Coordinate patient care activities with physicians and other clinical team members.
- Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress in the medical record.
- Perform focused reassessments and raise concerns through appropriate clinical channels.
Minimum of 2 years RN experience.
