Overview
Trinity Health Of New England Medical Group is looking for an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team of mission-driven healthcare innovators. Our vision is to provide state-of-the-art healthcare to those within our local communities, creating a positive impact for each individual that walks through our door. The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for the delivery of safe, quality patient care under the direction of a physician.
The LPN is also a member of a designated care team and collaborates with team members in achieving goals.
