Position: Certified Nurses Aide (CNA)

Job Opportunity: CNA Certified Nursing Assistant

Competitive pay ranging $18–$22/hour based on experience, with shift differentials for 2nd/3rd shifts and weekends, plus an additional $5/hour for shifts outside scheduled hours.

Available Shifts
  • 3pm–11pm (32 hours or 24 hours/week)
  • Per Diem
Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with daily bathing, grooming, dental care, bowel and bladder functions, dressing, walking, wheelchair use, and positioning.
  • Document personal care provided and complete charting entries per facility policies.
  • Perform nursing functions as directed: perineal care, bed making, turning residents, measuring and recording temperature, weight, pulse, and respiration.
  • Observe and report changes in residents’ conditions, including skin breakdowns, and report accidents or injuries immediately.
  • Answer all call lights regardless of assignment.
  • Respond to emergency situations calmly and efficiently.
Qualifications
  • Hold current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing.
  • No history of patient/resident abuse per State Registry.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and following oral and written instructions.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent follow-through, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Team player with good cooperation and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrates patience, tact, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude toward residents and their support networks.
Additional Expectations

Per diem staff are expected to fulfill two weekend shifts monthly to meet requirements.
