Operating Room Registered Nurse – Travel Nursing (Hartford, CT)

Shift: 8‑hour days (varies by agency).

Start Date:

07/27/2026 (or ASAP). Duration: 13 weeks.

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rate ($20–$39 per hour) and benefits as provided by each agency.

• Provide safe intraoperative care to surgical patients, performing circulating and/or scrub duties.
• Assist in maintaining a sterile operative environment.
• Prepare, review, and administer medications and supplies during surgeries.
• Track and document operative events, patient vitals, and postoperative procedures.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nursing staff to ensure patient safety.
• Respond promptly to any emergencies or changes in patient condition.

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Minimum of 1 year OR nursing experience.
• BSN or associate degree in Nursing preferred.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required by the surgical schedule.
